1. Returns for Unliked Products: If you do not like the product, you may return it. However, you will be responsible for courier and handling charges.

2. Returns for Damaged Products: If the product is received damaged, we will cover all courier and handling charges for the return.

3. Exchange Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at info.essenzapak@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. The product must be in its original condition with tags intact.
